Microsoft Update Site Sees my computer as a MAC

I'm trying to get the microsoft updates from their site but when I go to it,
it is always recognizing my PC as a MAC. I haven't installed any new
programs lately nor have I ever had another operating system on this computer
than XP Pro. I'm not sure why it is doing this but it happened once before
and seemed to be self correcting after some time. This time however it has
not self corrected itself and I am wondering what to do to be able and get
updates again. Please Help...
