Thank you - we finally got the help we needed with this issue. The support
rep instructed us to download Windows XP Service Pack 3 and install it in
Safe Mode.
We have a new problem that has not elicited a response, let alone a
solution, in two days: one of our seven AT&T email accounts no longer
receives in Outlook 2003. The initial reply was that the problem is with our
antivirus software, which does not make sense, since only one of our email
accounts has the issue. Another reply was that the problem is with our ISP;
we have already verified the account settings, and all our other AT&T
accounts work. We have posted the problem in the Outlook General Questions
Discussion Group. Where else should we get help with this problem?
