Microsoft Update Won't Stop!

I had to restore my computer and Microsoft Update will not stop sending MSXML
4.0 SP2 KB927978 Security Update and MSXML4.0 SP2 Security Update 925672!

It has installed 3 times and even though I have turned off auto updates it
returns when I turn my computer back on in the morning . Help.

I am having the exact same problem. I have gone to "add remove programs" and
did a repair. Still get update notice every five minutes. Help!

so Annie, what was the answer, I'm having the same problem with another
security update

Our solution was to uninstall both updates, install MSXML 4.0 SP2 Parser and
SDK.
Then the updates would install and be happy.
