Microsoft update y windows firewall

I have problems when I use Microsoft update. If I have actived "Windows
firewall", gat an error message 0x0190198. When I deactive "Windows firewall"
my microsoft update works perfectly. I don´t know how to include microsoft
update in the exceptions list of windows firewall. Can somebody help me?

Windows Version, please ? I know of no such error code for updating.

Go to Start > Run > type in

%windir%\windowsupdate.log
Click OK or press Enter.
Start at the bottom of the log for the most recent entries and work your
way back up until you find a FATAL error listed.
Copy & paste that section of the log into your reply.
Please include at least 10 lines above and below where the FATAL message
is located.
