Microsoft updates don't display

After installing office 2003 professional on windows 2000 server, on running
microsoft updates I get this error message: The website has encountered a
problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view.

Any suggestion?

The error number is: 0xC80001FE. Any thoughts?
