Microsoft Updates using ITMU

We're currently running SMS2003 and ITMU to deploy Software Updates. I
believe its currently using MBSA 1.2 for scanning. Since MS will not support
1.2 after March we would like to move to MBSA 2.0. Can anyone tell me how
this is done or point me to a Q article?
