Hi Susan,
Vista x64 can run software in 32-bit compatibility mode, but if it still
falls over there is nothing more you can do to make it work. The software
vendor would have to supply a version capable of running under 64-bit. An
alternate solution, if this is mission critical software, is to use Virtual
PC (free to download and use) and install a 32-bit version of Vista or other
OS into it and run the software from there.
