Hi,

Specifically - Has anyone been able to install, and validate, an OEM
English language version of Vista (Basic or Home Premium) on their PC
using another language's product key (but same version, obviously)?

There seem to be a lot of conflicting answers out there.

Many thanks,

Iain

I Got Fed Up With Vista And Their License Policy. Just FYI.

I Uninstalled Vista Then Installed Ubuntu. No License Issues.

Just FYI

No, keys are hard coded, you can't just use anybody's key willy nilly, not
even if its volume license.
