Hi,

Have recently upgraded to XP, downloaded service pack 2 and since then have
experienced spontanious re-booting and freezing that will not even allow the
task manager to be brought up!

When it boots back up I sometimes get a message that a driver may be to
blame.....any ideas how I find out which one it is?

Also I keep getting the message that updates are ready to install, but when
i try to do it I get the message 'This set up will only upgrade an existing
version of Microsoft VM' . When I click ok it tells me it has successfully
installed the updates and asks me to reboot............shoudl MS VM be on my
machine? Where can I get it from?

Thanks
