Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool

I have received an automatic update, supposedly from Microsoft. When I go to
install same a window appears headed "Rad the following EULA (1 of 1). I am
then asked to either Decline, Accept or Cancel.

Having been bombarded today about "667" in total by hackers or whoever (but
luckily I installed a Personal Firewall about a month ago), I am rather
reluctant to agree, just in case this is a "wangle"

Can anyone advise if this is from Microsoft or from some unscupulous person/s.

Your advices would be much appreciated.
