Microsoft Windows Update 822150

I continually get a message that it is critical to download "Microsoft
Windows Update 822150" and I do each and every time and reboot. Why am I
still getting the message to download this update? I have tried saying no
and I get a nasty message saying that it is critical and hackers can get in,
etc. Any help for this? Thank you!
