I just purchased this product but can not get the software to install. The
hardware installed. I am able to use both the Wireless Keyboard 3000 and the
Wireless Optical Mouse 2.0, but can not install the software that comes with
it. I also downloaded the software but to no avail. When I attempt to install
I receive an error message stating I either do not have enough memory or this
is an error. I have over 70GB of memory on my hard drive. I am not getting a
message stating there is an error. Can anyone tell me what is wrong and how
to correct it? I am using Viata Home 32-bit.

Help would be really appreciated.

Did you install the software first then connect/peer the device after?

No I didn't. I tried to but I had already disconnected my old keyboard &
mouse. I inserted the install CD hoping the software would install but it
didn't. How should I correct this?

No I didn't unfortunately. I had disconnected my old keyboard and mouse and
inserted the install CD but it didn't install. I then connected the new
keyboard and mouse, the hardware loaded, and they started working but can't
get the software install. What can I do?

Thanx in advance

When it says not enough memory, it isn't talking about hard drive
space (70GB) but rather RAM. How much RAM do you have installed on
your computer?

Ive got 2GB of Ram, that should not be the problem. Only 35-45% is ever in
use at any given time.
