migrate.exe error

I am receiving an error during the install of SP2. it says

Migrate.exe Entry point not found
the procedure entry point Getiums could not be located in the dynamic link
library msdart.dll


anybody know the solution for this? it sticks me in a loop where the only
thing you can do is hit OK and the it comes right back up again.

thanks, copying the msdart.dll to msdart32.dll seemed to fix it right up.

I take it back, I thought that worked so I tried doing that step first to
another pc and hit the same problem. so copying the file doesn't appear to
have been the fix. I'm going to try to retrace my steps and hope I stumble
onto some luck again.
