How to migrate file from one user account to another

I have windows vista and my profile seems to have gotten damaged. I created a
new one and everything is working fine. I need to figure out how to move
everything from my old profile to my new one. They both have full
administrator rights.

These instructions for XP, are basically how it's done in Vista .

There are lots of resources on this, though many pages apply to XP not
vista; big difference is the actual location of the user profile, no longer
being under "documents and settings".
