Migrate user profiles from one to another forest

Hi All,

I have done an interforest migration before sucessfuly with ADMT 3.0.
Now I am doing again but this time a bit different.
Our roaming user profile is implemented with traditional method as per this

Their roaming user profile is implemented thru Folder Redirection (Desktop
and My Documents).

In this scenario, how can I achieve my goal of migrating user profile from
our forest to their forest?.
I have tested using ADMT, it failed because they are different location and
different method.

And one more thing pls. I have read from MS website that no one including
Administrators can "read" the user profiles when it is implemented with
Folder redirection. is there any ways getting around without having to logon
as them?
