Migration from Win 2003 R2 to Win 2008 R2 Doamin / Exchnage 2003 to 2010

Dear all,

Does anyone have a link from where I can download a comprehensive framework
/ template that I can adopt to plan for the above migration. I have around
1200 users across 20 geographical sites with DC at each sites. DC also runs
Exchange and sites vary as some of them have 10 and others 150 users.

I don't have what you want, but your plan should include getting
Exchange off of a DC.

Hello Lion,

You will easier find it in the steps opf migrating AD from Windows server
2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2 and transition Exchange 2003 with at least
SP2 to Exchange 2010.

During this steps REMOVE exchange from the domain controllers, this is not
recommended configuration:
