It seems to have corrected itself. Now it has the same behavior that I had before the upgrade.
It minimizes to the system tray. But I don't see any place to set this option any longer.
I don't expect to change it so I'm probably ok with that.
I have to say though that I really can't deal with this not adding the markers to
quoted text. I have to do it manually and it's really annoying.
I would be using Thunderbird at the moment if it could have imported WLM
stuff. I will eventually have to make the time to manually add all of my servers
and groups. I am just too busy at the moment.

?Hi, Duane.
Which Windows version, exactly? And which WLM build? Oh, I see in your
headers that you are using WLM 2011 (15.4.3502.922), same as me, but please
always mention those key facts when you ask for help here. ;^}
In my Win7 Ultimate x64, WLM 2011 behaves just like it always has when I
click the Minimize button: It minimizes to the Taskbar, NOT to the
Notification Area (which we veterans still often call the SysTray).
As I recall, some prior versions could be set to behave as you say (minimize
to the SysTray) when we clicked the X to Exit WLM. Kind of reminded me of
the old TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident) apps from a dozen or more years
ago. But I don't recall that clicking Minimize ever did that. And I don't
ever recall using Minimize to actually Close the program. Maybe someone
here will remind both of us.

With the new update, when I minimize WLM it closes. Before I had it set
that minimize
sends it to the system tray where I could see when I had new mail. I would
like to set that
back but even if it just minimizes would be better than closing. Is this
configurable?
