Minimize/Maximize/Close Doubleing

My min/max/close buttons on the top-right of all windows grew significantly
in size after a restart. No changes to any settings were made prior to
restart other than removal of VS.NET and SQL Server 2005. Nothing else within
windows has appeared to change, no changes to windows settings or display
driver.

Any ideas on what caused this and how to fix it?

Have you updated your video drivers? Or scanned for hardware changes under
Device Manager?

Nope, no changes whatsoever. Litterally all that was done between restarts
was the two uninstalls and some e-mail checking.

If it was a video-card related issue I'd expect some other changes ANYWHERE,
but I've done a fairly intensive check of all my usual programs and the only
thing that I can find different is those three buttons. Even the frame-title
font and size is the same. It's very bizzare.
