pc doctor 5 says i have a misconfigured video card how can i fix this?

ps i can't repair, update, or rollback(this problem came from doing a
rollback already, i believe.) because of error code 37. the video card is
express chipset family i think

Does it work? Does it work well? If so I would suspect that PC Doctor 5 is
wrong.
