MISSING AM and PM FROM THE TASKBAR

::For some reason I'm missing the AM and PM from next to the time . Is
there a way to get it back ? I unchecked and rechecked the CLOCK on the
Notification Area under Taskbar and start menu properties,still didn't
fix the problem.::

Does it matter if I just put it under " h:mm:ss tt " ? Cuz I dont an
it to be like 08:00 AM ( for example ) but thank you I got the AM and P
back

Have a look here,
Control Panel > Regional and Language options > Formats > Customize this format > Time.
Enter this in Time format box:
h:mm tt

Just give it a shot and see by changing the time to 11:00 AM to see if the
first "1" appears as required.

I redid it back to h:mm:ss tt yesterday, and for some reason it
automatically goes back to HH.
