Missing Calendar Items

Hi You All!

My configuration is as follows :

PocketPC
ActiveSync 4.1 installed
Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP2 on the PC

When I sync the PC with the PocketPC, some calendar items are missing on the
PocketPC.
I noticed that the missing items are those which ARE NOT mentionned as
important in Outlook 2003: not in red for example.
When I switch them in red, they DO SYNCHRONIZE.

Of course, I don't want to mark all the items as important in my Outlook...

Any idea?
