Hi Kimberly,
Close paint. Click the start orb and type regedit, then hit <enter> to open
the registry editor. In the left column, expand the keys to reach this one:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Applets\Paint
Click on the "paint" key (folder) and delete it. Close the registry editor,
then reopen paint. See if this helps.
