missing data on registration of products

my problems are all my registration info been deleted.i can not do system
restore will not restore to any date.most of my programs that had
registration ids like norton have been deleted.can not updatewindows or any
other virus protction.ran scan on norton and came back ok.but i what it turn
on and off without me doing it so cant trust if norton not damaged.tried to
get windows help just running in circles.could uses help badly
