I've tried now 3 times to download the sp2 install and i'm running into
trouble. The setup process claims a number of dlls are not found in the
install directory (the directory is a long UID number). The files are
wmipiprt.dll and a host of other wmi*.dll files. Any idea why this install
isn't working?

Welcome to none dynamic .dll heaven. The Windows Management Instrumantation
(WMI) may be turned off in Your system? (Right click My Computer, click
Manage, choose Services and Applications, and click Sevices, scroll to the
bottom and check out the WMI).
