I am, according to NORTON, missing two (2) drivers (Windows XP Pro, Office
2007):

CLSID\{1171A62F-05D2-11D1-83FC-00A0C9089C5A}\InprocServer32

CLSID\{182EC0BE-5110-49C8-A062-BEB1D02A220B}\InprocServer32

Is there a location on the net where I can gather and install these (I've
attempted MS - no help there).

What does Device Manager tell you?
What about your system manufacturer (each hardware device has a manufacturer
that made that device and they support it - not Microsoft, the *nix
community, Apple, etc)?

Did you recently install the system cleanly? Upgrade?

Just visit the hardware manufacturer's support web page(s) for each device -
or if it is a tier 3 like HP, Dell, Packard Bell, Lenovo, etc - visit their
site and the page for your particular model and get all the drivers and
download them. Microsoft is not your support for hardware drivers.

And how does this pertain to Windows Update functionality? What did Norton
Support have to say about this?

Maybe because Flash Player and Acrobat are Adobe, not MS, applications?
