Missing emails from Inbox

Recently I have been noticing that the Inbox on my 5550 in empty but
there are many emails both read and unread in Outlook 2003 new mail is
downloaded every 15min. I am using AS3.7.1.

I manually resync but still the same. I reset the iPAQ still the same.
I then manually hit Outlook 2003 send/receive and the messages appear in
the iPAQ inbox.

What could be causing the problem?

Did my post propogate to the Microsoft news server? I ask as I have not
seen any reply posts.

I have found that ActiveSync Inbox settings is losing the "copy messages
for the last xx days" setting.

Anyone any idea what could cause this? I do not manually change this
from 30 days.

Hello Beemer,

* What is the number of days (xx) that you have set ?
(Ensure you click OK after setting the number of days.)
* Did you try recreating the partnership ?

To delete a partnership ---

1. Disconnect the PPC from the computer.
2. In Activesync -> File -> Delete Partnership.
3. Connect the device and follow the onscreen instructions to setup a new
partnership.

See if that helps solve your problem.
