Missing files and how do i get them

After trying to install the xp updates KB 91 43 89, KB 91 62 81, KB 91 84 39

I was told that iÂ´m missing the following files

sp2qfe\jgpl400.dll
sp2qfe\wininett.dll
sp2qfe\rdbss.sys

So my question is how do i get these files and where should they be located?
