Missing font in new Messenger 8.5

I noticed several of my buddies have different font that I do not have. One
example is Minya Nouvelle. Would this be because my computer itself doesn't
have the font or does Messenger install additional font styles? If so, how
can I correct? I canot reinstall messenger and am afraid of uninstalling
because I dont want to loose my smileys.

Messenger doesn't come with any fonts -- they've gotten it from somewhere el

Hi,

As I was saying before some dodgy application stole focus -- Messenger doesn't come with any
fonts, they've gotten this one from elsewhere. Unless you actually have the font installed
in your PC, you won't see it.
