Missing Help and Support Images

Greetings
I've had an HP MCE with Vista Premium preloaded for 4 months. I just
tried the "Help and Support" feature for the first time and notice there are
no images on the help pages, just red "X"s in a little square. I don't know
if "Help" ever worked correctly, but I see the code behind the Help pages
shows the "Image Source [Img Src]" as "MSHELP://Help/" etc. A search
reveals no file or folder named MSHELP. Can you tell me where the images
are, or why they don't display? It seems Microsoft will charge $59 to tell
me.
Thanks,
Mike from Moriches
