Missing History

Hi All.Hopefully someone may be able to help.Msn often just crashes and when
it goes all the current conversation is lost from the history.Is there a way
to get it Back.Thanks in Advance.
I'm using xp and version 2008 build 8.5

If Messenger crashes, you lose everything that happened in that conversation.

If you want to avoid this problem, you might consider using Messenger Plus instead
(http://www.msgplus.net), which has its own Messenger logging/history function which doesn't
have this problem (it saves as the conversation happens).

That said, it shouldn't be crashing that frequently - is there anything specific you're doing
when it crashes?

Hi Jonathan..
I will give messenger plus a try,Though usually I am just surfing the net at
the same time.It does seem to happen more often when I am on Facebook but not
always,It just freezes up wont respond and then off it goes,so I end up
closing the program and restarting it.
