Missing icons throughout computer system when I uninstalled Styles

When I uninstalled Styles XP program from my laptop, I discovered blank and
missing icons throughout my computer system. I already tried system restore
but it did not work. I own a Toshiba Satellite Model A205 – S5859 running
Windows Vista SP1. How do I restore default icons on this system?

Right click the Command Prompt shortcut, 'run as administrator'
shutdown the Explorer process in Task Manager
At the prompt, go to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local
atrib -h IconCache.db
del IconCache.db
start a new explorer.exe task
