missing imagehlp.dll file

I cant figure out how to replace the imagehlp.dll file
I have tried many ways to put it in to my computer
but the programs that need it can not find it.
I downloaded it to disk from my other computer
and tried to upload to this one but I can not get anywhere with it.
I have gotten some suggestions from this forum but I
dont really know what some of those suggestions mean
or I am doing something wrong. please Help
