I have Vista Home premium. Everything was fine when I originally used the
computer. One day, as I tried to start a software program for my daughter,
the beginning screen popped up but was blank except for 6 red x's. I can
still select options - all boxes are still there, but I can't see any images.
I supposed that this was some glitch with that program and re-installed it.
It still has the problem and I am finding that several newly purchased
programs do as well. I have broadband internet, but am not on an internet
page at the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
