Missing MS06-015 and other updates?

Where are the Win98/SE/ME MS06-015 updates? The article lists the
vulnerability as critical for Win9x and instructs Win9x users to use
windowsupdate instead of offereing a direct link to the patch like for all
other operating systems. WindowsUpdate only has a small subset of the
released patches this rollout.

MS have also totally shut out IE 5.5 SP1 & SP2 from the plethora of critical
vulnerability patches that have been offered for IE 5.01 and IE 6 even though
many of those critical vulnerabilities exist in both those othe two versions
also.
