Another link designed to kill your system. NEVER run the registry scan
programs. They tend to delete entries that are needed.
For your problem do a system scan for MSVCR71.DLL. There should be one in
the system32 folder. If there are multiple copies check the version number
of each. If the latest version is not in the system32 folder put a copy
there and change the extension to old so they won't be loaded.
