Missing Office Document Image Writer

After trying to follow the directions given on this forum about installing
this print option, its still missing.
When I have an Internet Explorer open and try yo Print, the Office Document
Image Writer does not come up as an option.

I have Office 2007 pkg and running on Windows Vista.
