Missing rip option in Media Player 11

I do not have a rip option available on my Media Player 11 window on my
Windows 7 system. The only options shown are : Organize, Stream, and Create
Playlist. I have gone into the Organize options area and the Rip Music tab,
the Copy Protect, Rip Automatically, and Eject CD After Ripping options are
all unchecked. As I am a newbie to Windows 7 and Media Player 11, I'm as lost
as I can be as to what to do. Can anyone help? Thanks...

Make the player window wider. You should see it then.
