Missing Send To Options

When I right click on a file and point at "send to", I only get the
"Send To" option (to create a new sendto item) and a list of my hard
and network drives. I don't get any of the normal options like
"Desktop -> Create Shortcut" or "Mail Recipient", etc.

I checked in c:\users\me\sendto and there are a half dozen options I
don't see. Likewise the Default and Default User also have the
options in their sendto folders. All Users seems to be lacking any
Sendto but copying the folder there did not have any effect.

Ideally, I'd like everything in my c:\users\me\sendto to show up...
and I'd like to disk /network drives to disappear (who wants to send
files to the root of a drive?).

Ideas?

You can take Linux and shove it up your rectum, just on GP. And then you
can be recalled.
