missing snipping tool

The snipping tool file has disappeared from the OS in my Acer T180 computer.
I must have done something dumb for that to happen. The shortcut is still on
the start menu. Nothing happens when I click it. I did a search for the file
but it is not in the computer. How can I get this tool back? I do not have a
Microsoft Vista Home Premium OS disk. Only disk I have is a system restore
disk made by the place where I bought the computer. I'm out of warranty so
can't get help from Acer support.
