missing tabs

is this a common occurence?
or does it take a while for they to appear?

Hey Sulasno,

Missing tabs indicates that your Messenger client is having trouble
communicating with the server that keeps the tab settings. This usually
happens when you are behind a firewall, or when the Tabs web service is
having difficulties.

If you are connecting from a location where you usually see the tabs, then
check your network settings with your administrator to see if they've
changed. If they haven't, then it's probably an issue on Microsoft's side
and your tabs will re-appear in some time.
