Vista Basic x32 sp2
I thought there is supposed to be an 'Enable Transparency' option in
Personalize > Window Color and Appearance.
I don't see one.
Is there a setting elsewhere that would make this option disappear?

I might be wrong, but I believe that "Enable Transparency" is part of
the Aero interface which is not available in Vista Basic.

Ah. Ok
Not sure if this is an indication but in Themes I see no Aero themes only
Vista themes?

Vista Basic does not support the advanced display features that other
versions do.
