Missing Video Call Feature

My Video call feature is gone, and so are all features with the exception of
im and veiw webcams. My boyfriend is having the same issue Hes in Florida and
i am in New York. is there work going on or something? i would really love to
figure this issue out stat. so if some one could please shed some light that
would be great!

When Messenger connects, it needs to download some configuration data to properly set up
these features. I just signed in recently myself and the configuration server was not up (so
my features are missing also).

If you sign out and back into Messenger it hopefully is back up now.
