It appears that you have downloaded the x64 version of Vista. The only way
to load it is to burn it to DVD using the burn image function in your
burning program, and then boot from the DVD. If you do not have a 64bit
cpu, then you will need the 32bit Vista (x86).

both cd and dvd. Burn at the lowest speed possible.
