Missing WMICORE.DLL file.

I would like to know if anyone knows how to fix this problem? When I restart
windows I get an error message saying that I'm missing the WMICORE.DLL and I
can't seem to find any solutions for this problem,When I'm on the internet
pages freeze and things don't work right.So can anybody please help me with
this.Thanks in advance.
