MMC Snap-In for AD-administration (adminpak) available?

Is there a version of the adminpak-Tools used for administration of the
Active Directory ready for working under Windows Vista? And if so, where can
they be downloaded from?
The W2003 (also R2) version can not be installed under Windows Vista at this
time.
