Mobile error , can't get contacts.. ?

People can message me on my cell with the Mobile. But when i send a txt to
the MSN number with "cl" it replies me a message saying "<Sorry! Cannot
process this request: Cl...>. I thought it could have been just not working
right, so i tried it again a week after & it's still sending me the same
message. Do you know what's going on?

Which carrier are you using? Unfortunately each carrier's Messenger solution is tweaked for
their particular network, although I do believe this is a standard command amongst most/all
of the SMS solutions.

I am with Rogers. I have a Pay-as-you-go phone too, if that makes any
difference. My phone model is a Motorola W370.
