Greetings,
I assume the option is grayed out? Have you done anything with your MSN Mobile account
recently (closed/reopened or anything similar)? If so, the changes usually take several days
before they reach your client. Also, you need to sign out and back in again to see any
mobile changes as they're "set" when you sign in.
