Mobile text feature

Is there any reason why some phone numbers in the text feature would show a
phone next to the contact name and some will not?

I also have contacts with international phone numbers that IM will not text
to which I can not delete via "edit contact". Any ideas?

Not only this, But why some country's cannot be found like
Netherlands/Holland :/
