modem won't work

dad installed a digital camera in his computer and now the modem won't work
says that the bio's are disabled ...how do I get in and turn it back on
please

hardware newsgroup specific to your operating system:

When you go there, post the details of the type of your modem, driver
installed etc..

Or check with the manufacturer directly.
