No it's not. I sometimes wish it was moderated. I think the two mentioned
names are the latest incarnation of 'Kevspan' who posted endless infantile
ramblings about Ubuntu on the XP General group.
He thrives on replies, especially angry ones, and at the risk of
contradicting myself, he's best ignored.

Those are three different - each very annoying - people.

Ted, These newsgroups are not moderated, but Microsoft are starting to move
over to moderated forums, The Windows 7 forum
(http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...egory/w7itpro/ ), for
example is moderated.

Kevpan is Bill Yanaire who also forges others usernames and also posts by
Spankey De Monkey and a host of other names.

He is also known as Da Baboon, Spankey Da Baboon and Da LambChop.

His partner Frank is also known as Da Jerk and Frankie Crankie and is a
vindictive fruitcake.

Then you have IDIOT's like measekite who assigns childish names to random
posters. measekite thinks that he can give posters names and everyone will
just follow along.

What is known is that measekite likes to rub himself. He calls his tiny
dick "Da Baboon" and he rubs Da Baboon with Da Lamb Chop.

measekite is the one who posts a daily Da Jerk count. He then adds one to
Da Jerk count and pounds his chest on a daily basis.
